Greenbrook Healthcare is a fast growing and successful provider of NHS primary care services with a leading position in operating innovative urgent care centres across London. We are currently seeking to hire a Receptionist on a Full-time, Permanent basis for the service based at Northwick Park Hospital.

You will provide a comprehensive support service carrying out general reception and clerical duties including data inputting on to designated IT systems within the Urgent Care Centre to ensure the smooth running of the unit.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Good general education, educated to NVQ 2 level or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Demonstrable experience of working in an reception/administrative environment and working with computerised data systems
  • Previous experience of effective team working
  • Experience of using filing systems


  • Awareness of a range of Health Service Provisions
  • Understanding of Data Protection issues
  • Appropriate secretarial/administrative qualification
  • ECDL qualification
  • Customer Care training
  • Previous NHS or public sector environment experience
  • Previous experience of Adastra and PAS
