  • Bank (ad-hoc)
  • £12.07 per hour, rising to £18.10 per hour on bank holidays
  • Benefits include NHS Pension
  • Based at West Middlesex University Hospital Urgent Care Centre and Northwick Park Urgent Care Centre

 

We are currently seeking to recruit bank Floor Co-Ordinators for our West Middlesex and Northwick Park UCC's. These posts are bank (ad-hoc) and the required sessions are as below:

 

Monday to Sunday:

18:00 - 00:00 - West Middlesex UCC

19:00 - 00:00 - Northwick Park UCC

 

Job Summary:

 

Work as primary coordinator for effectively managing patient flow in a fast-paced Urgent Care Service. Work as part of a team consisting of doctors, nurses, and receptionists in a demanding and fast paced environment providing a professional and courteous response to patient requirements, ensuring accuracy of patient information and adherence to Greenbrook values and procedures. Ensure effective and timely distribution of UTC walk in patients. Ensure high levels of visibility and understanding of available clinical resource during shifts and support UCC colleagues in maintaining service levels against KPIs.
