Floor Co-ordinators

  • Various hours available - covering evenings and weekends
  • Fixed-term contract until March 2021
  • £21, 630 pro rata, per annum FTE + generous flexible benefits

Greenbrook Healthcare is a fast growing and successful provider of NHS primary care services with a leading position in operating innovative urgent care centres across London. We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic Floor Co-Ordinator's on a fixed-term basis for services based at Princess Royal University Hospital.


Working as the primary coordinator for effectively managing patient flow in a fast-paced Urgent Care environment, working together as part of a team consisting of doctors, nurses, and receptionists in a demanding and fast paced environment providing a professional and courteous response to patient requirements, ensuring accuracy of patient information and adherence to Greenbrook values and procedures. The successful candidate will ensure effective and timely distribution of UTC walk in patients, ensuring high levels of visibility and understanding of the available clinical resource during shifts to support UCC colleagues in maintaining service levels against KPIs.

Requirements

Essential requirements:

  • Educated to NVQ L2 or equivalent
  • Ability to work closely with clinical team- to manage and provide support as required throughout the shift
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive task-oriented attitude
